Cookie Policy

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy explains storage used on adcue.app. Necessary storage supports security and requested service functions. Functional, Analytics, and Advertising storage is controlled through Cookiebot where consent is required. This first phase does not cover docs.adcue.app.

2. Categories

Necessary: authentication, security, consent evidence, billing continuity, and user-requested OAuth flows. This category cannot be disabled in Cookiebot.
Functional: preferences such as the language you explicitly select and dismissed interface notices.
Analytics: GA4 marketing-site measurement and Microsoft Clarity on an explicit public-route allowlist. Clarity masks all page content and every input.
Advertising: direct Google Ads measurement, consent-gated Google click attribution, and first-party affiliate attribution.

4. Providers and roles

AdCue and Code Canyon LLC decide the purposes of first-party website measurement and are the controller for that activity.
Cookiebot by Usercentrics supplies the consent interface and consent evidence.
Google processes consented GA4 and Google Ads measurement under its applicable data terms. Customer Google Ads account data is never sent to this marketing measurement stack.
Microsoft processes consented Clarity data only on allowlisted public pages. Clarity never runs on app, admin, auth, login, checkout, or payment routes.
Auth0 supplies authentication and its cookies remain Necessary.
Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record and supplies signed server events for trial and payment facts. AdCue does not send card data to Google, Microsoft, or Cookiebot.
Affiliate attribution is first-party AdCue Marketing storage. It is not persisted, renewed, or bound when Advertising consent is absent.

5. Manage or withdraw consent

Use Cookie settings at any time to accept, reject, or change non-essential categories. Withdrawal removes AdCue's accessible measurement and attribution cookies and stops future tag loading after a clean reload. Necessary cookies remain available so sign-in, Google Ads connection, MCP setup, billing, and checkout continue to work.

Non-essential measurement is currently disabled because a production Cookiebot configuration has not been enabled. There are no analytics or advertising settings to change in this state.

Browser controls can also delete storage, but browser blocking is not a substitute for the category choice recorded by Cookiebot.
