Account & Setup#

How do I create an account?

Visit adcue.app and click "Sign in with Google." Your Google account is your login, so there is no extra form or password.

Is my Google account safe?

Yes. AdCue uses your Google account only for sign-in. It cannot read email, files, or other personal content.

Can I use AdCue without a Google Ads account?

You can explore the dashboard, but most analysis features need a connected Google Ads or Meta Ads account.

How do I connect Google Ads?

Go to Dashboard > Settings, click "Connect Google Ads", sign in, and select an ad account.

How do I connect Meta Ads?

Go to Dashboard > Settings, click "Connect Meta Ads", sign in with Facebook, and select an account. A Meta Business account is required.

Can I connect multiple ad accounts?

Yes. Pro supports 3 accounts, Business supports 10, and Enterprise has no limit.

Billing & Plans#

How much does AdCue cost?

Pro is $79/month, Business is $249/month, and Enterprise is $799/month. A full audit report is $99 once, and the mini audit is free.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every subscription includes a 7-day trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid a charge.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Dashboard > Settings > Manage Billing, then click "Cancel subscription". Access continues until the billing period ends.

Can I get a refund?

Request a refund within 7 days by emailing support@adcue.app with your account details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe securely accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Features & Usage#

What is a Health Score?

It is a score from 0 to 100 for ad account health. A higher score means stronger performance and fewer urgent issues.

What are AI Recommendations?

They are specific, data-backed suggestions such as pausing wasteful campaigns or adjusting bids. You choose whether to apply each one.

Will AdCue spend my money without asking?

How often does AdCue check my ads?

AdCue runs a daily background audit and also supports manual audits from the dashboard.

What is AI Chat?

AI Chat answers plain-language questions about your real advertising data.

Is there a limit on AI Chat messages?

Pro includes 20 messages per day and Business includes 100. The allowance resets daily.

MCP & Developer Tools#

What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol lets tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf connect directly to your ad accounts.

Do I need to use MCP?

No. MCP is an optional developer workflow. The point-and-click dashboard remains fully supported.

My AI tool can't see the AdCue tools. What do I do?

• Confirm an active Pro, Business, or Enterprise subscription.
• Check the MCP configuration against Quick Start.
• Restart the AI tool.
• Complete browser sign-in if using OAuth.
• Copy the complete API key without extra spaces.
• Email support@adcue.app with the client name and error if the issue continues.

Data & Security#

Is my advertising data safe?

Yes. AdCue encrypts traffic with TLS, encrypts stored credentials, and uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE.

Can I delete my data?

Disconnect ad accounts from Settings, or email support@adcue.app to delete your account and associated data.

Does AdCue comply with GDPR?

Yes. AdCue supports GDPR, CCPA, and related data protection requirements.
